If you read last month’s blog, you are aware of our commitment of giving back to the community and the story of our involvement with the charitable organization that we support, Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).
The month’s events proved to be a huge success! Starting with a staff donation day, we were able to fill MCCs truck to the brim with items for their thrift store. The live broadcast with Shine FM brought out shoppers and representatives from MCC to help raise funds that will be used in many ways to help those in need.
We would like to thank all those who participated, those who organized, and especially those who donated. Birchwood salutes MCC in its continuing efforts to provide assistance and support to the valuable programs in Calgary and worldwide!
